Refund Policy

Downloadable products cannot be returned. No refunds apply to electronic downloadable goods.

All items which are not electronic downloads that are shipped to customers can be returned within seven days after they have been received by the customer. The goods must be undamaged and in original state.

Shipment costs for a refund are at the expense of the buyer. After the goods have been received and it is verified that they are in undamaged and original state a full refund will be processed.
